Add Cranes

1. Go to grok.com/connectors.
2. Choose New Connector, then Custom.
3. Enter https://usecranes.com/connect/mcp as the server address.
4. Sign in to Cranes when asked, choose what Grok may use, and choose Allow.

Grok then finds what Cranes offers and makes it available in your conversations. In Grok Business and Enterprise, an admin may need to set up connectors before members can use them; check with yours, and see Grok’s connector help.

What’s automatic, and what depends on Grok

Grok decides when to call Cranes. Cranes asks it to check before work where your thinking could matter and to stay out of general questions. To be sure it checks, type @cranes; on its own, it checks the work against your thinking. See When Cranes comes in.

If your Grok lets you set instructions, add the line under Have your AI use Cranes on its own to make it more reliable.
