What to include
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead, with any message you saw, word for word
- Where it happened: in Cranes, or in ChatGPT, Claude, or another app
- The email address you use for Cranes, if you’re writing from a different one
A screenshot helps, as long as it doesn’t show anything you’d rather we didn’t see.
Ideas and complaints
Both are welcome, at the same address. If a chapter got you badly wrong, we’d like to hear about that too, though the quickest fix is usually Not quite right? on the chapter itself.
