Your name, photo, email, and password
Change how you appear and how you sign in, from Settings › Account.
Open the account menu (your photo, top right), choose Settings, and stay on Account.
Photo
Choose a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image up to 2 MB. It shows in the top corner and to people in your teams and groups. Remove photo takes it off.
Name
Edit your name and choose Save name. Teammates and group members see it beside what you share.
- Choose Change email.
- Enter the new address and your current password.
- Choose Send verification link.
- Open the email we send to the new address and choose Confirm email.
Your old address keeps working until you confirm. The link lasts 24 hours.
Password
- Choose Change password.
- Enter your current password, then the new one twice. It needs at least 8 characters.
- Choose Change password.
Forgotten your current password? Sign out and reset it instead.
